Without a doubt, I am a vegan for ethical reasons.  The health benefits of a high-vegetable diet, still, are hard to ignore.  In the beginning of 2008, I decided to increase my immune system’s strength and beautify my skin by eating mostly or all raw.  I had a Fitday account publicized for a few months; however, keeping up with adding all of the foods, especially with how much volume I eat, and estimating and using numbers all of the time was just too much for my busy lifestyle. 

If you do have questions concerning a vegan diet and nutrition, read books such as Becoming Vegan, The Raw Revolution Diet; put your food into a nutritional online source; read packages.  It’s fairly easy, but I understand it’s time-consuming at first.  My nutritional intake is better now than it ever was on a standard American diet.  At age 23, I even grew an inch!  Don’t get your information from TV commercials and propoganda.  No, humans don’t need cow milk – how does that even make sense to anyone?
