Fitday Account

I will attempt to add my food and activities two to three times a week.  You can scroll backward a few days if a day is empty.  I attempted to keep up with the account every day but found it cumbersome and repetitive.  Oftentimes, I exceed nutritional intakes.  Occasionally, on an off day, I am below my selenium intake and I notice right away, remedying the situation by eating a Brazil nut.  :)

Please note that I do not gain weight, due to the amount of raw foods I eat.  I am a 110-115-pound female, fairly active, and I can maintain on even 3,500 calories per day (though some days will be lower).  It’s great, isn’t it?  Food is so much more enjoyable when there is no guilt or weighing-down involved.

 If you have any questions, please let me know.  Also note that Fitday does not contain all food items, so sometimes a similar item is substituted, such as listing maple syrup when, in fact, I used raw agave nectar.  If anything, the nutrition is underestimated.

And yes, I get plenty of protein, usually twice as much as I need!
