This is an awesome recipe, as are all of the cupcakes I’ve made from this cookbook. I made a few modifications, including adding marshmallows (I used the Vegan Sweets brand) to the fluffy buttercream frosting, and also adding more chocolate. The cake part has a great molasses and graham cracker flavoring. I had to search high and low for some healthy peacefully-obtained grahams and even considered making them myself, but then I found the fruit-sweetened almond cookies shown. The cookies were perfect!

What genius created the masterpiece of tiramisu, with cream cheese, cocoa, coffee, vanilla, and a touch of cinnamon?! Ah, never mind, let’s focus on the people who create tiramisu filled with peacefully-obtained and healthful ingredients. No chickens or cows were harmed in the formation of these delightful treats…and, yes, they taste awesome. Don’t take my word for it - get this book and start baking.
