Our wonderful breakfast consisted of multi-grain hot cereal with raisins, fresh carrot & apple juice, an omelet with fresh vegetables, potatoes with onions, French toast with blueberry sauce, grapefruit, and persimmon. That’s like 9 fruits and veggies in one meal!
Dinner once again wowed us. Our starter was a clear broth soup with cabbage and tofu. Very delicious and a bit spicy! The main courses were a curry dish with vegetables and a tofu dish with cucumbers and carrots. Dessert was a steamed rice cake with blueberry sauce. Tea is abundant and very good as well.
Don’t worry – we fed the chickens, too, just didn’t get any pictures. We also left some corn for the ducks.

I know I say on my “about” page that I only cook vegan food, but I should also note here that I only eat vegan food, so yes, everything I am eating at Ocean Lotus is vegan!!

I love all your photos. That top photo though looks like scrapple (PA Dutch delicacy) or spam with some fruit on it. I know it’s not though unless they make vegan scrapple (horrible thought).
I especially love the nature shots and feeding the animals. Looks like you are having a great time.
